Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed with your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in route to you.

Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs

We offer standard shipping (2 to 3 business day transit) and expedited shipping (1 business day). Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Returns

If you have any issues with your product, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. You can begin the return process here. Please have your order number and email address used for the order handy. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping:
To return your product, please begin the process here. You will receive a shipping label in an email to begin the return process.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After processing your return, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We will exchange your product for the same product of a different size.
